How it works
Tell it when you eat. It does the timing.
-
1
Pick when you eat
Choose the day, the time, how many pizzas and the style. It tells you when to start.

-
2
Follow one step at a time
Full screen, a countdown and a big Done. Every timing comes with a cue: check the dough, not the clock.

-
3
Running late? Dinner stays put
Say how late. Pizza Night takes the time from a rest that can spare it, or moves dinner and tells you plainly.

The plan
A dough calculator that knows about time.
Yeast amounts come from published fermentation tables, adjusted for your kitchen and fridge.
-
Yeast from your kitchen
Your kitchen and fridge temperature set the yeast and the timings, so a warm day is already in the plan.
-
No alarms in the night
A step that would land between 23:00 and 07:00 gets a better plan instead: a longer rest, a little less yeast.
-
On your Lock Screen
One reminder per step with Done, +15 min and Running late. A Live Activity and a widget show what's next, and with floury hands you can ask Siri.
-
Adjust the dough
Hydration, salt, oil, sugar and yeast, each with the recommended range for your style and what changes as you slide.

The journal
Better pizza every time you bake.
Rate the bake and tap what you'd change: too dense, pale crust, burnt bottom. Every bake gets its own tip and the change to try next time, free.
Put two bakes side by side and see what changed: +3% hydration, +12 h fridge. With Pro, Your baking shows your ratings over time, what you've fixed and your best recipe.
Five styles, ready to go.
Each one starts with defaults that work, so a first bake comes out right.
Same day · Overnight on the counter · 24 h fridge · 48 h fridge
With Pro: biga, poolish and sourdough, flour blends and your exact oven

How does Pizza Night work out the yeast?
Yeast works faster when it's warm and slower in the fridge. Pizza Night adds up every rest in your plan at its temperature and sets the yeast so the dough is ready on time. It's based on published fermentation tables, and every timing comes with a cue to check the dough itself. See the numbers.
What happens when I'm running late?
Tap Running late on the step or on the reminder and say how late. Pizza Night first tries to keep dinner where it is by shortening or stretching a rest that can safely spare the time. If it can't, it moves dinner and the steps after it, and tells you plainly what changed.
Does it work with a normal home oven?
Yes. Tell it your oven: a kitchen oven with a tray, or with a stone or steel, an electric pizza oven, gas or wood-fired. The preheat and bake times follow it, and every style works in a kitchen oven.
What's free, and what does Pro add?
Planning a pizza night, the reminders, Running late, all five styles, Adjust dough, the shopping list, the Live Activity and widget, and logging every bake with its own next-time tip are free. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds biga, poolish and sourdough, flour blends, exact oven profiles, the right water temperature, unlimited journal history and comparisons, recipe versions, Your baking, Apple Watch and iCloud sync.
Can I use °F, ounces and a 12-hour clock?
Yes. Pizza Night follows your iPhone's region for units and time, and you can change them in Settings.
Saturday's pizza starts Friday.
