The licence

Pizza Night is made by Zeus Apps B.V., Netherlands. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Pro

Pizza Night Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. It unlocks the Pro features on every device signed in with the same Apple Account and is restored with Settings › Restore purchases. Payment, refunds and family sharing follow Apple's rules; refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Food safety

Pizza Night gives timings, amounts and tips as guidance. Dough, ovens and kitchens differ, so always judge the dough itself and use common sense. Raw dough and flour should not be eaten. Pizza ovens, steels and stones get extremely hot: follow your oven maker's instructions. You are responsible for what you bake and how you bake it.

Your content

Your recipes, notes and photos are yours. They are stored on your device (and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync); we do not receive them. See the privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep Pizza Night accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Zeus Apps B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a pizza night that did not go to plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live.
